Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I understand that life happens, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 20% fee of the service booked, and the original deposit will not be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.
For no-shows, a $50 fee will be charged. If you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
